Agreement to Terms
By using the services of GreenCrest Milford Concrete, you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all services we provide, including concrete driveways, patios, foundations, and other concrete work. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
Services Provided
We provide professional concrete installation, repair, and maintenance services for residential and commercial properties in Milford, CT and surrounding areas. All services are subject to availability and scheduling. We reserve the right to refuse service for any reason.
Estimates and Pricing
All estimates are provided free of charge and are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Final pricing may vary based on site conditions, material costs, and project scope changes. We will notify you of any significant price adjustments before proceeding with work. Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement.
Scheduling and Cancellations
Once your project is scheduled, we ask for at least 48 hours notice if you need to reschedule. Weather conditions may require us to postpone work for quality and safety reasons. We will communicate any schedule changes as soon as possible. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before scheduled work may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Property Access and Preparation
You agree to provide clear access to the work area and ensure all necessary utilities are marked before we begin. You are responsible for removing any obstacles, vehicles, or personal items from the work area. We are not responsible for underground utilities that are not properly marked by the appropriate utility company.
Warranty and Guarantees
We stand behind our work with a warranty on workmanship. The specific warranty period will be outlined in your service agreement. Our warranty covers defects in workmanship but does not cover damage from improper use, neglect, or natural wear and tear. Concrete will naturally develop some minor cracks over time, which is normal and not covered under warranty.
Limitation of Liability
GreenCrest Milford Concrete is fully insured, but our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. We take every precaution to protect your property during work, but you should secure any valuable or fragile items before we begin.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of our services after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
